Feelings: By the time I got home yesterday...my head was pounding. My intention was to go to the gym, so I ate and took some Advil. It didn't help so I cleaned house, did some laundry and rested. My phone was acting crazy so that didn't help how I felt.
I am so glad to see this this morning. Yesterday I was on a junk food high....what do you do when junk food cravings get in your way? Or don't you suffer from them?
